This 290 is in excellent condition and plays and sounds as beautiful as it's black dog-hair finished Honduran Mahogany body. It weighs in at an easy-to-manage 7 lbs. 12.2 oz. Named for the scenic 290 highway that winds past the Collings shop though the Texas Hill Country, the 290 is a modern day tribute to the original working man's rock'n roll guitar.
Its solid mahogany body and neck are complemented by a Pearloid headstock overlay and two Lollar SoapBar P90 pickups for a tone that shows off an amazing harmonic range and dynamics. It comes with its original hard shell case.
